Gus, Diggon, and I had a great week in general, but today was a special day!
I do believe that Gus and Diggon are the newest attractions on the Boston Tourist scene. We walked around Beacon Hill, Boston Common, near the State House, and collectively my two newest friends received more "how cute" and "awwww" comments than ever before. Everyone wanted to pet them and say hello. We were stared at by tourists on the trolly tours and even given a "hey, he's cute!...we have one of those too." from a dude on a duck tour as they drove by with a huge smile!
Gus was loving all of it and received a huge sympathy vote for the red boot he wears. He doesn't like it all that much, but, man, the ladies dig it! Diggon, while receiving an equal number of comments, was more interested in the squirrels than the praise, but was a gentleman and had a great time meeting some new people and finding some new city smells!
I am not sure how much longer Diggon will be in town, but these two are a great duo and tons of fun. I can't wait for next week to hang out with Gus (and maybe Diggon)!!!!!
